Match report Not the best morning for the 15Bs started badly as I forgot the scorebook and did not get a great deal better!!! We started with a collapse of old England-like proportions, slumping to 24-4. However, a 50-partnership between Tim Pilkie-Rogers and Ed Lovatt, scoring 14 and 25 not out respectively, steadied the ship and ensured that we at least batted for our 20 overs. Unfortunately, defending only 93, we needed to be tighter in the field than we were. The highlights were Billy Eales' opening spell of 2-5 from 2 overs against two very good batsmen and the great catch Joseph Stretton took from Sam Vince's first ball. Finally, special mention for Rafael Lamela, our overseas player, who may be the first Spanish player the Club has had??? I wait to be corrected!!!
