Match report Well despite a late start, we had great support from our lovely parents/relatives and friends. We won the toss and despite pressure from his team mates, Isaac stood firm and decided we would bowl. Old Netley kept the runs ticking over and batted the full 20 overs although were all out on the last ball of the innings. Special mention to George and Ronnie from Old Netley who both retired not out.

However, we restricted them to 131 with wickets from Jack, Lewis, Charlie and Isaac and a double from Alfie who was on a hat trick too!

In reply, we started positively but struggled to get the run rate up and following the loss of early wickets, we started to build momentum with Archie V getting 13, Jack 19 and then a great partnership from Charlie and Isaac which put us on the brink of victory and after Isaac retiring not out on 33, Lewis joined Charlie to bring us home with Charlie finishing on 29 not out.

We are currently top of the league and have two games to play!
