Dear Friends and Members of Portsmouth Cricket Club,
Last weekend all three senior teams made a start, however after an indifferent batting effort, the 1st XI team engaged in some enthusiastic rain dancing; their efforts were rewarded with persistent precipitation! As a result none of our teams won or lost.
Fixtures
The 1st XI travels to Calmore (1pm start)
The 2nd XI welcomes Compton and Chandler's Ford to St Helen's (1pm start)
The 3rd XI travels to Emsworths II's (1pm start)
The clubhouse at St Helen's will be open
The club are pleased to show off our latest purchases a couple of bowling machines that no doubt will aid further the caching sessions as batters can repeatedly practice a range of shots
As per usual training for u9's and younger will be on tonight as will the 'TCIF Social' when all are welcome!!
