Match report A swirling blustery wind meant bowling and batting was always going to be difficult. Several times Portsmouth watched the ball until its passed the fielder and caution got the better of us, meaning a number of runs from wides and byes were missed. Only a modest 17 runs were scored off the bat with the visitors struggling with the conditions racking up 89 in extras .

In reply the B's bowled well with only 53 extras and four wickets including a run out from Sebastian on debut. Waterlooville competing really hard to chase down singles, byes and overthrows and doubling the homes teams efforts off the bat.
