Match report A strong performance by U15 Daring, losing the toss and fielding first.

P&S came out of the block quickly despite wickets for Aston and Archie, before Will nonchalantly bowled their skipper first ball. After that point, the shutters came down while Daring chipped away at the wickets, and though their last batsman (who won't bat at no.9 next time I suspect) played some very nice shots, Will finished things off in the last over. In our reply, Kushal and Akhil played really well to give us a great platform, both removed by Ollie 'I'm new to cricket' Staves who bowled really well, but Aston played smartly, and despite a mix up in which Freddie M was run out, we ticked off the runs to secure a comfortable win by 6 wickets with more than 7 overs to spare.

Big thanks to Freddie M for stepping in at the very last minute for Musab; to Reuben, Akhil, Freddie and Will for doing the rope, George and Freddie M for helping out umpiring, Zoe for helping out with the scoreboard and Mark for scoring. It takes a village and we really need and appreciate the help!
